My StableTable started out as a bunch of my daily habits hobbled together for strictly my benefit. As the years passed, unbeknownst to me I was honing a wellness system that I would end up sharing with tens of thousands of people, helping them with a major shortcut to their wellness. It is a system of habits that works for everyone, as it allows for individual tweaks to meet the needs and lifestyle of the individual person.
